Directions

1 serving (25g to 30g – 4 to 5 heaped teaspoons) to be mixed into water, fruit or vegetable juices etc, 1 – 3 times per day.

Pea Protein EXTRA can also be mixed with many other liquids, including milk alternatives (like soya, hazelnut, almond and coconut milk etc), sprinkled over food (such as cereal, soup or stew) and blended with fruits, like banana, to make a healthy smoothie.

It can be used as a protein powder, meal shake or healthy snack during the day, as well as before and after exercise.
